Your fitness goals can be achieved at SensAbility.

Our student-trainers will help define your objectives and design a program that will help you reach your personal fitness, health, or athletic goals.

Training services are offered in six-week packages, with a minimum requirement of two training sessions per week.

Fitness training programs can be combined with SensAbility massage therapies to provide full-spectrum health benefits, or further assist in rehabilitation.
